They tske Delta Dental and Medicare. This is a one dentist community practice so be patient. A visit can take upto an hour or less depending on the work being done. It's woman owned and run. Spanish and other languages spoken. Dr Chen and her staff deeply care about our Richmond Ca community ❤️.

When u first pull up u get a little worried because of the location. Once inside you are greeted by the most friendliest staff imaginable. My appointment took place at 2pm the time they get back from lunch so you would expect the staff to have the end of the day, it's time to go home attitude. I filled out the paper work and was escorted to the dentist chair. Dr. Lopez was very kind, professional and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the different options I had. My follow up visit in which I needed a root canal went even better. I would have never expected this dentist office to be so accommodating and professional. The office manager had only been there for 4 months but handled business as if she was the owner and a clear professional. I would highly recommend Winning Smiles Dental in Richmond CA.

I have met many dentists in my lifetime. This office made me feel carried for. The staff are wonderful and the care I received is beyond the ordinary. They are accommodating and didnt try to pitch a high cost dental plan that is out of my range unlike all the previous dentist i have experienced. My budget and the cost of the care meant as much to them as it meant to me. They are very personable and caring towards their patients. I highly recommend Winning Smiles in Richmond to anyone.

I was directed to these folks by insurance company and knew nothing about them. The entire staff is amazing! The office staff was friendly and welcoming right from the get go. The dentist and his assistant are caring and listen to my concerns at all times. Of course I did threaten to bite them if I felt any pain. Glad I'm here and I recommend them highly.~DUG
